About Me
As a massage therapist I expect myself to be in excellent overall condition so that my massage therapy work is consistently at a high level. Daily yoga practice keeps me healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. In February 2004 I completed the yoga teachers' training course, Every Body's Yoga Training, Yoga Teacher Training RYS200. I often help my clients with yoga stretches, deep breathing, and meditative relaxation techniques.
Look for me when you are out on the Iron King and Prescott Peavine Trails. I enjoy two of the leisure-time activities I love the most. I often ride my bicycle through the Granite Dells. Most mornings I may also be found walking with my dog Harvey. The exercise and breathing of fresh air are vital to my good health and happiness. Most days my best friend Harvey comes to work with me. My clients tell me that his tranquil presence contributes to the serenity of my massage room.
